Product Description

The TDM1.2 300-W1servo drive module is a new-generation product designed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat to improve industrial automation control process and carry out the accurate control of the speed, position, and torque output of industrial servo motors. The servo drive module functions as a part of a servo system which includes the servo motor, a power supply unit and connecting cables. The servo drive module is especially operated as a variable speed drive in the position control loop of numerical control devices. The housing of the servo drive module only provides protection against large solid foreign substances, to ensure optimum protection, the servo drive should be installed into an additional control cabinet. A MOD programming module which carries all the adjustment parameters of the servo drive module is also plugged into it. The MOD module saves operators from the stress of carrying out time consuming adjustments and calibration procedures, it matches the servo drive module to the motor type.

The servo drive module features an internal air blower which helps to maintain a permissible temperature in and around the servo drive via natural convection. The TDM1.2 300-W1servo drive module is an environmentally friendly device, under ideal operating conditions the module does not have any negative effect on the environment. To ensure rated data operation, the ambient temperature around this servo drive module falls between 5 to about 45 degree Celsius.

During transportation and storage the servo drive module can be withstand an ambient temperature that falls within the range of -30 to about +85 degree Celsius. The TDM1.2 300-W1servo drive module belongs to the insulation category C in accordance with DIN VDE 0110.
