Product Description
The TDM1.2-30-W0 is a state-of-the-art industrial control device produced by the reputable Bosch Rexroth Indramat, it is a servo drive module that functions in the servo system to ensure the accurate control of the operation of the industrial servo motor. This servo drive module is intended to be used in combination with the MAC servo motor series. Together with a compatible servo motor, the drive module can be used in high accuracy servo applications in Numerical control machine tools for metal machining and wood working. It is also suited for use in transfer lines, automation systems and production machines in the automotive industry. The TDM1.2-30-W0 industrial servo drive module is characterized by its ability to maintain a high short-time acceleration moments in connected servo motor, it can also function as a torque controlled drive for master/slave operation of two motors that are solidly coupled together.
The TDM1.2-30-W0 servo drive module operates with a continuous input current of 25 amperes, however the maximum current that can be used by this module is 30 amperes. The TDM1.2-30-W0 servo drive module consumes about 750 milliamperes of current during signal processing, also at the X5 external terminal, the current capacitance of the voltages for external consumption is 15 milliamperes.
The power supply module of the servo system provides the servo drive module with a link circuit D.C voltage of 300 volts during operation, this voltage is used by the servo drive module to generate a three phase system that is applied to the servo motor according to the current rotor position and the desired speed. The TDM1.2-30-W0 servo drive module does not feature an internal air blower, excess heat is dissipated via natural convection.
