Product Description
Bosch Rexroth designs high quality servo drives and servo drive modules for motion control applications.
The TDM 7.1-015-300-W0/S102 is a servo module used for controlling the MAC servo motors used in the industry. The device comes with an innovative starting lockout technology that enhances operational safety and reduces operational cost. It offers a cost effective way to isolate individual drives and control the problem of accidental start ups. When drives are shut down during maintenance activities, some drives startup accidentally which can cause serious accidents. Traditionally a mains contactor is used to isolate these drives individually. The mains contactor is expensive and unsafe to use. This servo drive module’s starting lockout technology ensures that drives are not started accidentally. The drives can also be individually controlled without the need to install a separate mains contactor in each drive axis.
The TDM 7.1-015-300-W0/S102 is an efficient platform that enables the MAC servo drives to control speed and position in real time. This model has a 300 Volts DC link voltage and needs 150 mA current for signal processing when connected to a 15 V load voltage. This device can be stored and transported in a wide range of temperatures because of its high quality built. For extracting the best performance from this servo drive module, it is recommended that the system is not used in areas with temperatures lower than 5 ᵒC and higher than 45 ᵒC. Since there is no requirement for a separate power supply unit for each drive axis when using this device, it provides significant cost savings. While using a central power source, all drive axes can be separately controlled. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
