Product Description
The TDM 4.3-030-300-W1 servo drive from Bosch Rexroth is integrated with feedback electronics. The drive functions in conjunction with the three-phase MAC motor. This product can be put to use at a controlled speed after applying the mains voltage and its amplifiers signal the ready status. The device can implement set-point smoothing with its two differential inputs. When it functions as a master-slave drive, the slave drive speed is determined by the speed controller associated with the master drive. This speed controller transfers the torque set-point to the set-point input of the related slave drive. The power section of the unit should be isolated from the mains supply through the mains contactor so that the drive stops safely when there is a malfunction.
The RF input of the servo drive has a voltage rating of 0 to 3 volts. The product is cooled during operation by means of an internal fan. The device comes with a link circuit-rated voltage of 300VDC. It features Class C insulation according to DIN VDE 0110 specifications. The connection with the supply module must be done in such a way that it is to the left and the module is on the right. When multiple devices are connected, the minimum clearance between two adjacent modules should be maintained so that there is sufficient heat transmission and circulation.
The servo drive must not be installed directly above heat-producing inbuilt parts. The connection between the product and the servomotor should be done using the manufacturer’s cables. The feedback and motor power cables must not exceed 75m in length. The feedback cable must be routed as far away as possible from high-frequency equipment. The motor feedback and power shielding can be achieved to the maximum extent possible by routing these cables in separated and grounded metal pipes. This servo drive is available for international shipping with a one-year warranty tag.
