Product Description
The TDM 4.3-020-300-W0 servo drive operates at a maximum temperature of 55°C with reduced data. The drive from Bosch Rexroth has IP 10 protection rating in compliance with DIN 40 050 specifications. It must not be subject to excessive shock loads and oscillations. This product must always be operated by properly trained personnel. The power supply to the unit should be turned OFF before the MOD programming module is replaced. This module features all the adjustment parameters of the device. The drive along with a compatible MAC servomotor, a motor cable, and the mains input components form a three-phase servo drive system.
The servo drive is meant to be used with the MAC 21, MAC 25, and MAC 41 range of servomotors from the manufacturer. The product supports operation at a controlled speed by setting the controller enabling signal at the RF input after the mains voltage is applied. The MOD 14 programming module of the device features three potentiometers for adjustable input weighting. The peak torque of the unit can be externally limited by the user through the analog input. The TDM 4.3-020-300-W0 drive is available with a one-year Wake Industrial warranty.
The extent of dangerous movements of the drive depends on its operating state and fault at the time of occurrence. This drive must be disconnected through an emergency-stop circuit if there is a general malfunction. The device is equipped with a current controller circuit. The E3 and E4 inputs act as summing inputs for the set-points with a voltage that ranges between -10V and 10V. The control cabinet must be designed in accordance with the safety guidelines for the application. The servo drive is shipped in military-grade foam packaging.
