Product Description
The TDM 4.1-030-300-W1-220/S100 is a MAC servo drive with a servo drive module and manufactured by Rexroth Indramat. It has a current rating of 30 A and specially built for high accuracy installations in machine tools used for metal machining, line transferring, and production machines on automotive plants. The product can be used to reduce the load on mechanical system motors under certain operating conditions. The servo drive also has a torque-controlled drive for managing master/slave operations of two motors that are attached with one another. The TDM 4.1-030-300-W1-220/S100 is used for MAC 21, MAC 25, and MAC 41 motors with feedback electronics built directly on the drive module.
The servo drive module also generates a DC link circuit. This circuit is used by the servo drive module to create a three-phase system that is managed based on amplitude, phase, and frequency. The connection between the 3-phase system and the operating states of the motor is set according to torque, speed, direction of torque, and control circuit signal conditioning. The input sensitivity of the servo drive is set on the factory using the MOD programming module with two facilities. MOD 17 is used on TDM 4.1-030-300-W1-220/S100 for fixed settings and MOD 18 for input weighting adjustable via potentiometers.
On a master/slave operation, the speed controller of the master drive is also responsible for controlling the speed of the slave drive. Master and slave drives should be mechanically attached to one another on their motor shafts to stop the slave drive from accelerating without load torque. The TDM 4.1-030-300-W1-220/S100 also comes with a custom design and documented with a special code number. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
