Product Description
The TDM 4.1-020-300-W0/S102 servo drive module supports setpoint smoothing using its two differential inputs. The speed controller related to the master drive determines the speed of the slave drive when the product is used in a master-slave combination. The device is connected to the MAC AC motor through its A1, A2 and A3 terminals. This motor has chances of depicting uncontrolled movement if equipment with high transmission power and high frequency are operated near the drive amplifier. The components of this module feature extensive safety features to secure them against overload. The outputs of the drive should not be connected to an external voltage.
The temperature inside the control cabinet housing the product must have a temperature of at least 2°C more than the outside temperature to prevent dew formation on the drive. The device should be stored and transported between a temperature range of -30°C and 85°C. It comprises an IP 10 type of protection as per DIN 40 050 specifications. The unit must be connected to the left of the power supply module. The product should not be installed over heat producing parts. The device weighs 8kg. The maximum operating temperature must never exceed 55°C at any point in time.
This servo drive module comes with a current capacitance of 50mA at 24V load voltage and 15mA at +/-15V measuring voltage at its X43 terminal. The RF LED of this drive illuminates in green when the drive is active and the controller enable signal is applied. The BLC1, BLC2 and BLC3 green colored LEDs help in identifying the position of the rotor. The product has a current setpoint of 0.375V/A at its MA terminal and a minimum adjustable current of 1A. The device comprises Class F permissible humidity in accordance with DIN 40 040 specifications. The servo drive module can be sent to you through logistics partners like DHL and FedEx along with a year’s warranty.
