Product Description
The TDM 4.1-020-300-W0/S100 servo drive module offered by Bosch Rexroth is used with the manufacturer’s three-phase MAC 21, MAC 25 and MAC 41 servomotors. The electronics for the feedback is incorporated in the drive module and not the motor. The motor associated with this product is a synchronous motor with a permanently excited rotor and a three-phase stator. The E3 and E4 inputs of the device serve as summing inputs while the E1 and E2 inputs perform the function of differential inputs. The E1 and E2 differential inputs have positive and negative voltages respectively when the connector motor rotates in the clockwise direction.
The product must never be used outside a closed housing or a control cabinet. When this device is used as a master-slave drive, the slave drive operates at a speed determined by the speed controller of the master drive. The power section has 20A peak current rating and a 15A continuous current rating. The unit should be disconnected through an emergency-stop circuit when there is a general malfunction by providing a high-level safety measure. The MOD plugin programming module helps to operate the servo drive without any optimization and adjustments.
The resistors as well as capacitors soldered in the programming module match the type of motor to the amplifier of the drive. The servo drive encompasses a Class C insulation in adherence with DIN VDE 0110 specifications. The Bb LED of the product flashes in green when there is no fault with the drive and there is no power voltage. The device is cooled by natural convection during operation. This module has S100 custom design code. If multiple units are operated, there should be a minimum clearance distance for heat circulation and transmission. The TDM 4.1-020-300-W0/S100 drive has a backup support for a year and is shipped safely to your destination in custom military-grade foam packaging. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
