Product Description
The TDM 4.1-020-200-W0 Bosch Rexroth servo control drive is designed for use with MAC motors. It is a cost-effective servo controller which significantly reduces production cost. It is used as a servo drive module for MAC 41, MAC 25, and MAC 21 motors. The TDM 4.1-020-200-W0 enables seamless execution of the motors’ functionalities such as high short-time acceleration, adjustment of drift offset via potentiometer, and easy troubleshooting, and clear diagnostics. When the supply module generates the DC link circuit voltage, the TDM 4.1-020-200-W0 generates a three-phase system that is subject to phase, frequency, and amplitude.
The TDM 4.1-020-200-W0 comes with an IP 10 protection class. It should be mounted in a control cabinet to guarantee sufficient protection against hazards, extrinsic objects, and liquids. This should be done by a trained person with the right keys and tools. If mounted with other TDM drives, they should be arranged accordingly with the drive with highest voltage and power installed close to the supply unit. If it is mounted on the left side at a distance exceeding 10 mm from an adjacent module, ensure that a cooling baffle is fitted on the heatsink to allow optimum cooling.
The TDM 4.1-020-200-W0 comprises of a 4 series, 1 module, 20A current, and 200 V DC link circuit rated voltage. The cooling method is natural conventional. It comes with a peak current of 20A, 15A continuous current, and 6kW power type. The weight of the drive is 8kg while the power loss is 110W. Ambient operating conditions include 5 to 55 degrees, storage temperature is 30 to 85 degrees, and the mounting altitude is 1000 meters above sea level. The fan used for force ventilation has a weight of 1kg, power consumption of 3.6W and 50 to 60 frequency. This product is available from Wake Industrial with a one-year warranty period.
