Product Description
Indramat legacy TDM servo drive modules in the ANAX series changed how motors in CNC machines, packaging machines, and in the automotive industry were controlled. Servo TDM drive modules with the safety interlock functionalities introduced added safety on the industrial floor. The functionality allowed technicians in production systems, machine tools, and transfer lines, to safely operate in one area of a machine when the machinery is running in an adjacent working area. This functionality allows a technician to safely power down sections of the working area in a plant or machinery. TDM drive modules are legacy drives meant to be mounted and operated inside a control cabinet.
The Bosch Indramat TDM 2.1-30-300-W1-115 is a servo drive module in the TDM 2 subseries in the wider TDM series. For optimal operation of the drive module, it has to be operated in an environment with a surrounding temperature of between a minimum of 5 degrees Celsius and a maximum of 45 degrees Celsius. To ensure the Indramat drive module is in a perfect operating condition even after being stored or when being transported, it should be transported or stored in an environment with an ambient temperature of between -30 degrees Celsius and 85 degrees Celsius.
The TDM 2.1-30-300-W1-115 features an in-built fan with a fan voltage of 115 Volts AC at a frequency of between 50 and 60 Hertz and a power consumption rating of 30 Volts Amperes. Drives in this series are majorly designed to be used with synchronous servo motors especially Bosch Indramat MAC servo motors. The TDM 2.1-30-300-W1-115 has a link circuit voltage of 300 Volts DC and a current rating of 30 Amperes.
