The TDM 1.2-30-300-W0 servo drive is a Rexroth Indramat product that uses natural convection cooling mechanism. The servo drive is widely used in the automotive industry and in CNC machines. It has an X2 connection port for incorporating the programming personality module. This module has a rating plate that gives the names of the servo drive and motor in which it is used, the peak and continuous current ratings, operating speed of the motor, etc. The TS red LED of the servo drive lights up when it is operating in the ambient temperature range and turns off in case of excess temperature. The AC drive is offered with a warranty period of one year.

The X5 terminal of the servo drive has 15mA current capacitance at +/-15V measuring voltage. It has a power rating of 9kW and a power loss of 160W with 25A continuous current rating. The device encompasses Class C insulation as per DIN VDE 0110 specifications. The product can function as a tandem drive or a master-slave drive. The power section of the unit must be isolated from the mains supply through a mains contactor so that the servo drive can be stopped safely.
