Product Description
Rexroth Indramat supplies the TDM 1.2-050-300-W1-000/S108 with a shielded motor feedback cable that holds nine lines. When using original cables manufactured by Indramat, both the power and motor cables should not exceed a length of 75m. Routing of the feedback cable is separately done and far (at least 100mm) from other load lines like the motor power cables, the controller lines, and the mains lines. The distance helps in reducing any obtrusion that results when using longer cables with lengths of 10m or more. It is recommendable to use original Indramat motor cables when connecting the lines between the MAC servo motor and the servo drive module. The control drive power cables include the following: three motor power line connections, a single line connection for the protective conductor, a pair of the screened line for the motor thermostat, and a separate pair of the motor brake line.
The TDM 1.2-050-300-W1-000/S108 is a Speed-controlled drive with speed set-point input controlled by a potentiometer. The values from the potentiometer and resistor are integrated into the drives MOD programming module according to the input weight desired by the user. The servo drive has a MAC three-phase motor, which consists of three major assembled components: a three-phase stator, rotor, electrically released brake, and a separate fan used for ventilation of the surface. Every part of the TDM 1.2-050-300-W1-000/S108 electronic components is voltage checked and complies with the VDE 0160 requirements.
The servo drive speed controller has a low-temperature drift. A “ZERO ADJ” potentiometer located at the lower side of the panel is used to adjust and correct the zero drift. Always ensure that you check the drift position before beginning any operation and after the replacement of the drive module. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
