Product Description
The TDM 1.2-050-300-W0 servo drive module is a special servo drive designed by Indramat. The servo drive module controls the speed and rotor position of MAC 71 to MAC 160 servo motors based on the signals it receives from the N.C. controller. The combination of the TDM 1.2-050-300-W0 servo drive module, the mains input components, the motor feedback, and the MAC motor form the MAC servo drive system. the MAC drive system is characterized by high precision and accuracy, making it effective in N.C. machine tools for metal machining and woodworking, transfer lines, and automation systems.
The TDM 1.2-050-300-W0 servo drive has a plugged-in programming module that is used to match the servo drive to the servo motor. The plugged-in programming module makes servicing and repairing of the servo drive much easier and convenient. The drive connects to the servo motor through the power cable and the motor feedback cable. These two cables help the drive to effectively send an electric current to the servo motor and also exchange digital signals with the motor. The digital signals the TDM 1.2-050-300-W0 servo drive module receives from the servo motor through the motor feedback cable helps it determine the motor's speed and position.
The TDM 1.2-050-300-W0 servo drive module has a rated current of 50 Amperes. Under normal operating conditions, the servo drive draws a continuous current of 25 Amperes from the mains electricity. The servo drive has a link circuit D.C voltage of 300 volts and generates a continuous power of 15 Kilowatts during operation. The servo drive controller has a protection class IP according to DIN 40 050. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
