Product Description

The TDA 1.3-050-3-APD main spindle controller must be removed from its drive package by loosening the Allen screws at the bottom and top of its housing. It has to be removed in case of any repair. The product must be gripped at either end when it is fitted into the control cabinet. Its associated programming module should always be connected and disconnected from the device only after turning OFF the power supply. The controller from Bosch Rexroth has an AC main spindle drive that is integrated with a position control circuit. It can position the spindle automatically as a response to a signal. The unit has an internal controller position loop that is closed by either an optional additional spindle feedback signal or a motor feedback signal.

This spindle controller features a 300VDC link circuit-rated voltage. The controller is integrated with a 16-bit digital parallel additional position command interface. The product is designed for installation at a maximum altitude of 1,000m above sea level. The device features an IP 10 degree of protection in compliance with DIN 40 050 specifications. It is not protected against water ingression. The earthing connector has a thread size of M5 and a tightening torque of 3Nm. The X12 connector is a three-pin plug-in terminal.
