Product Description
Bosch Rexroth manufactures innovative drive controllers for improved industrial automation.
The TDA 1.1-100-3-LP0 is a drive control system produced for assembly one automation and control of the 2AD and 1MB motors designed at Rexroth. The device has its own programming module that has the capability to store the important drive parameters. The critical drive parameters are stored in the module at the time of commissioning the drive controller. A dedicated control panel is used to input the parameters through a keypad that is built into the system. If a fault occurs and a unit replacement is required, then only the controller unit is replaced and the programming module can be plugged into the new controller. The drive characteristics remain stored in the module and are available on re-start. This device is compatible with various speed command interfaces.
These interfaces include the digital speed command, analog speed command, and SERCOS interfaces. The analog speed command interface is suitable for NC controllers while the digital speed command interface is used with PLCs and areas where long cables and small command values are used. The Sercos interface supports real time communication with NC controllers. This includes the communication of commands and actual values of position, speed, torque, and parameter handling. The device is also equipped with a synchronization input. It is possible to connect the controller’s internal position loop with the spindle feedback signal through the synchronization input. In addition, the device is also compatible with the serial interface, incremental encoder output, and input for digital position command. The input digital command allows the selection of up to 3600 positions selectable by a PLC. This product can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
