Product Description
The TDA 1.1-100-3-API main spindle controller must be fitted with its programming module before it is commissioned. The sub-miniature D-type connectors of the Bosch Rexroth spindle controller should be firmly screwed when it is in use. If the product makes use of flexible cables instead of busbars for the DC bus connection, they must be short and of the same length as well as stranded. The device has a display on the control panel to help in diagnosing the faults pertaining to the drive. Its master switch should be secured against reconnection before any maintenance or repair work is done on it.
The controller must be connected as per the machine circuit diagram. The product comprises a power consumption of 1.4A at 24V load voltage and 160mA at +/-15V test voltage. The device comes with an incremental encoder output that offers a maximum resolution of 360,000 increments per revolution when it operates in C-axis mode. Its voltage supply must be switched OFF before the programming module is changed. The average relative air humidity of the device should not increase beyond 70%. There must never be any moisture condensation on the unit. The control cabinet used for installing the unit should comply with DIN VDE 01 160 specifications.
The product is not protected against water or intentional contact. The motor thermistor connection of the device is achieved through a plug-in terminal. It is intended to be stored and transported between -30°C and 85°C. The drive is controlled by a microprocessor. The controller has a sticker on its side that provides all the required details needed if it has to be replaced. The rear wall of the closed housing of the unit is fitted should have three M6 tapped holes for proper installation. The programming module is fitted on the top right corner of the controller. The spindle controller is available with a one year warranty from Wake Industrial and is transported to your destination through a dedicated vendor network.
