The TDA 1 main spindle controller is designed to take a 300 VDC electrical connection through a power supply module. The model provides the intelligent digital control of 2AD asynchronous main spindle motors and 1MB frameless motors with a continuous power rating of 3 to 10 kW at the motor shaft. The controller helps in delivering constant power at a broad speed range which makes it suitable for use in NC machine tools. The TDA 1 main spindle controller helps in controlling the position of the main spindle in CNC machine tools. A complete drive package for the CNC machine tool contains a power supply module, modular main spindle controller, and servo drive controllers.
