The SOT02-E1A-CU is an operator panel used to control the CLM control modules and DLC positioning cards produced by the company. The station operator terminal provides comprehensive information to the operators because of its 16 lines display that has 40 character display each. This provides much more information than the standard control panel. The SOT02-E1A-CU enables effective control of the connected machines. This model enables the same input functions as the DLC control panel but allows different additional features. This model has a significantly wide viewing area that allows the users to view information clearly. The viewing areas measures 4-7/8" by 2-3/4". The SOT’s screen has a black and white contrast that is enabled because of the backlighting from the cold cathode fluorescent lamp.

The SOT02-E1A-CU keypad features ‘click contact’ keys. The keys are used to adding/removing/changing data in the DLC positioning cards. The click contact keys also allow the users to input provided by the machine builder. For the ease of operation, an inbuilt software is provided in the SOT. The software initiates multiple help screens to assist the operators and ensure that they enter information correctly. The device has been pre-programmed for DLC-R type applications. If users require more screens, the SOT can be programmed using the Screen Manager. The Screen Manager software is operated using a DOS based computer. Using this software, users can write and customize information and prompt lines to appear on the SOT display. This product is available from Wake Industrial with a one-year warranty period.
