Product Description
This servo rotor was designed by Bosch Indramat and has the identification number SF-B5.0460.020-00.107. This rotor is not suitable for use in facilities that handle explosive particles unless further certifications are obtained. Additionally, there is no mating connector and the shaft is smooth in the simple model. Air-cooled structures are able to manage temperatures ranging from -20 degrees Celsius to 40 degrees Celsius and can be setup at an altitude of 1000 m (meters) above sea level.
This and all other SF-rotors make use of a STG, which stands for an absolute single-turn value encoder, as opposed to SR-rotors that only have one resolver. This motor is capable of having MTG encoders added in it. Temperature is precisely controlled by dual temperature regulators. Integrated encoders (SF) or resolvers (SR) should be carefully chosen. The module is responsible for determining performance, and the windings contain thermistors. Always check that the flange complies with IEC 72-2 or DIN 42 948. It is on the output side (flange) where the bearing is located. Up to 20,000 hours of service life is required. For Part 14 VDE 0530, it is necessary to strike a balance between the quality grades 'N', 'S', and 'R'. In addition to a sleek metal frame, sinusoidal electromagnetic force applies.
You should select fastening places in the non-working area that is located beyond the trailing chain & a considerable distance from the endpoints of the mobile components. As the distance, the maker of the trailing chain says that it should be thirty times the diameter of the outer. There is a tolerance of ± 20 angular secs per increment count of 8 million per revolution for precision, also known as its resolution.
