Product Description
The SF-B5.0250.020-10.000, a servo motor from the SF series is a product of Rexroth Indramat. It has the STG/MTG encoder feature along with a smooth shaft basic version, without mating connector. The mating connectors need to be ordered separately from the motor. This SF series motor type has a balance quality category N and flange precision category N. The cylindrical shaft end is present in accordance with DIN 748 guidelines without a feather key or feather keyway. The shaft end having a thread for mounting and removing any drive element is also available in this motor series.
Locating the ball bearing on its output side can be achieved easily and the minimum service life is 20,000 hours. The transferable holding torque has a value of 56 (120°C) Nm. The rated current of 1.33 A can be delivered as well with this type of servo motor. The moment of inertia with the holding brake is 30 10-4 kgm2 along with a mass of 3.8 Kg. Like other SF-B5.0250.020 models, the rated speed for this version is also 2000 min-1. The locked rotor current for this motor product is 10 A. Furthermore, a 24 +/- 10 %, residual ripple 5 % supply voltage is also available in this motor type.
For safety reasons, the declaration provided by Rexroth regarding the high voltage and hot surface should be attached to the machine. Also, the low voltage motor is a component that is constructed to be installed in the machine as directed by the Machine Directive 89/392/EEC. Before its commission, it should be ensured that the machine that is to be connected with the motor complies with all the requirements of the Machine Directive (EN 60204–1).
