The SF-B4.0230.030-10.030 servo-motor manufactured by Bosch is a permanently excited motor with an electronic commutation. The motor is used in conjunction with a digital servodyn-D inverter system. The speed and position control on this motor is ensured by a single-turn absolute value encoder system (STG) whereas a multi-turn absolute value encoder system (MTG) is only used optionally. The motor features a sinusoidal e.m.f, smooth and low contamination aluminum frame, an integrated resolver, plug-in connection for output and encoder, IP67 protection, and a natural convection cooling.
