Product Description
The SF-A5.0700.030-14.000 servo motor from the house of Bosch Rexroth Indramat is a robust performer in various industry automation applications. It has an IM B5 type of construction. This motor comes with a high-precision integrated encoder, ensuring accurate feedback and positioning. It features a shaft with a keyway and feather key (as per DIN 6885), which guarantees accurate and positive-drive torque transmission. It also comes with an inbuilt holding brake to secure the feed axis at standstill or when the system is de-energized.
It is a high-torque motor having a locked-rotor torque of 69 Nm. The rated speed of this motor is 3000 revolutions per minute (RPM). It can draw a locked-rotor current of 45A at 200 RPM, resulting in a thermal rise of 100K over 30 seconds. This servo motor features a torque constant of 1.53 Nm/A and can experience a thermal rise of 100K at an ambient temperature of 40 degrees Celsius. The moment of inertia (including the encoder) of 0.0257 kg square meter shows how quickly it can make changes in speed or direction. The dimensions of the motor include 190 mm (SW) of flange and 32 x 58 mm of shaft. Its maximum length without holding brake is 483 mm. The weight of this motor, including holding brake, is 53.8 kg.
Its air-cooled design allows it to operate in a temperature range of -20 to +40 degrees Celsius and at installation altitudes up to 1000 meters above mean sea level. This Servodyn-D inverter motor has an electronic rating plate for automatic optimization, enhancing its integration and performance with the drive system. Two NTC (Negative Temperature Coefficient) thermistors are used for accurate monitoring and regulating of temperature in this motor.
