Product Description

The SF-A5.0460.030-00.101 is a compact designed AC servo motor manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. The SF series motors have permanent magnets inside and electronic commutation. The motor can provide a constant speed of 3000 min^-1. The locked rotor torque of the motor at the ambient temperature of 30 °C is 46 Nm and at this torque, it can draw a current of up to 29 amperes. The motor has a torque constant of 1.58 Nm/A at the surrounding temperature of 40 °C with a winding temperature of 100K. The suggested operating temperature of the motor is 0 to 40 °C and its performance declines when the temperature is out of this range. The moment of inertia of the motor is 166 x10^-4 kgm². 

The permanent magnet brake installed on the motor has a holding torque of 56 Nm at the operating temperature of 120°C. The rated current of the brake is 1.33 amperes and uses a supply of 24 volts. Its moment of inertia is 30 x10^-4 kgm². It is equipped with an absolute encoder of single turn (STG) with a resolution of 8000000 increments per revolution and a precision of ±20 angular seconds.

The flange of the motor has a diameter of 190mm and is in accordance with IEC 72-2 / DIN 42 948 standard. It has a cylindrical shaft end with a keyway with a diameter of 32mm and a length of 58mm. The mass of the motor without the holding brake is 35 and a length of 383mm, whereas the mass of the brake is 3.8 Kg. The motor has a thermal insulation class F in accordance with VDE 0530 standard.
