The SF-A5.0250.020-14.000 is a synchronous servo motor in the SF series manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. This type of motor is used in industrial applications such as packaging equipment, printing presses and other high demand applications where fast accurate speeds are required. This motor has a frame size of 5. It comes with an integrated single-turn absolute value STG encoder with the option for a multi-turn MTG encoder. The in built encoder helps in evaluating position and speed. To ensure ease of installation in different setups, the motor comes with a plug-in connection for output as well as installation pockets.

The integrated electronic rating plate of the motor ensures optimal performance by optimizing the Servodyn-D inverter to the motor. The motor has an integrated holding brake which fixes the feed axis on standstill when the machine is powered off to ensure a safe and backlash-free standstill.
