The SF-A4.0172.030-14.071 is a servo motor that comes in conjunction with the Servodyn-D inverter. The motor has a speed of 3000 rpm. The motor’s mass is 19 kg and its shaft has a 24 x 50 mm (dxl). With a locked-rotor current of 13 A, the motor’s locked-rotor torque is 18 Nm.

The motor shaft comes without a key and is designed as per DIN 748. A holding brake is also provided that provides an 18 Nm holding torque. The holding brake helps to maintain the load when the motor’s power supply is cut-off. The rotor’s moment of inertia is 40 x 10-4 kgm2. The IP 67 protection standard is implemented on the motor and enables protection against water spray and dust particles. Furthermore, the SF-A4.0172.030-14.071 has a 6g shock resistance and can use both the natural convection and radiation modes for heat dissipation.
