Product Description
The SF-A4.0125.030-04.056 is a servo motor that has been designed and manufactured by Bosch. It is from the series of permanent magnet-excited motors that feature a fully digital inverter system called Servodyn-D and it is powered by a sinusoidal e.m.f from a single link DC voltage of 670 volts. The motor also has a single turn absolute value encoder system (STG) that functions to assist in speed and position control. The motor offers a robust performance owing to its IP67 rating (less the output flange). Natural surface cooling (convection) is the prime method of cooling in this servo motor.
The SF-A4.0125.030-04.056 is a brushless motor with design A and a frame size of 4. 0125 depicts the locked rotor torque as per technical specifications and 030 shows that it has a nominal speed of 3000 min-1. The motor comes with a holding brake and a shaft with a feather key, however it lacks a mating connector. Its version is aptly shown by 056. The motor has two NTCs for temperature control as it operates between the temperature range of -50C to +1550C. The ball bearing of the motor have a minimum service life of about 20,000 hours and are located on the output side. The holding brake of the motor is a permanent magnet brake that has no backlash. Its precise mass without holding brake is about 16kg which signifies its compact nature.
