Product Description
The Bosch group has produced a series of permanently excited servo motors for the servodyn-D inverter system. The SF-A4.0125.015-10.042 is one among this efficient set of motors. The frame size is 4 with a design of A. The locked-rotor torque is 0125 and this is consistent with technical data. It has a speed suffix of 015 which is equivalent to 1500 min-¹n. This very useful piece was produced with an electronic rating plate designed to automatically optimize the servodyn-D inverter. In addition to that special design, it has a smooth, aluminum frame with a low contamination feature. The unit has integrated encoder as well as installation pockets. It is a basic design brushless servomotor with sinusoidal e.m.f . It has a smooth shaft without mating connector.
SF-A4.0125.015-10.042 has a flange that is consistent with IEC 72-2 / DIN 42948. The noise behavior is max 58 dB(A) at a distance of 1.0 m, IAW EN60034-T9. Additionally, the protection type is IP 67 in accordance with DIN 40050/40053 EN 60 445. Moreover, this functional servo motor cools by surface ventilation, radiation and natural convection.
The motor has a basic type construction IM B5 which is in adherence to DIN 34-7 and could used as IM V1 and IM V3 as well. For the IM V3, remaining liquid in the flange is not admissible and in this case the flange is pointing upwards. However, with the flange pointing downward, the IM V1 is admissible on the output side for oil tight flange and this is only if suitable oil levels are used to ensure heat dissipatiom and lubrication at sealed points.
