Product Description

The SF-A4.0091.030-00.000 is a servo motor from Bosch with low voltage motors designed for commercial or industrial applications renowned for their high-performance capabilities, precision, and reliability. These motors are permanently excited motors which use an electrical commutation for more precise control & direction of the motor. Protection type IP 67 (except output side). It has a cable cross section of 4 x 1.5 mm2 for the main cable and 2 x 1.5 mm2 for the brake cable. Without the holding brake, its length extends up to 246 mm.

This model can be customized with a holding brake which prevents backlash of servo axes therefore avoiding drift, maintains safety. The technical data of holding brake is as follows, transferrable torque is 10 Nm, supply voltage is 24  10 %, residual ripple 5%, rated current 0.7 A, mass is 0.6 kg, precision SF:  20 angular seconds/8 million incr./rev. moment of inertia of holding brake 1.06 x 10-4 kgm2. No mating connector is included.

The motor operates at a speed of 3000 rpm. The torque of the motor is 10 Nm. Cooling is achieved by natural convection. Temperature control is achieved with two NTCs preventing motor from overheating. A single-turn absolute value encoder system (STG) for precise speed and position control is equipped. Shaft end on output side for high demands on torque transmission. For every motor, a special design may be ordered that differs from the basic design The warranty period is 1 year.
