Product Description

The SF-A3.0093.060-00.000 is a high torque density servo motor. This high torque density allows SF servo motors to generate significant power while maintaining a compact footprint, making it ideal for applications where space is limited. They have < as they are supported to accelerate and deaccelerate rapidly. It comes with a Servo Dyn-D inverter system has a modular structure and comprises supply and axis modules as well as different functions and various interfaces. It works with a D.C. link voltage of 670V. They also support standard communication protocols such as CANopen, EtherCAT, and PROFIBUS, allowing for easy integration into existing automation architectures.

The important parts of this motor are the stator, rotor, feedback device, housing, bearings, mounting system, cooling system. The IM B5 mounting arrangement indicates a motor with a flange-mounted on the face and a shaft extending from the motor on the opposite side of the flange. This configuration is often used when the motor needs to be directly coupled to a gearbox or other mechanical equipment. The data of the functional parts is as follows; mass of the motor excluding holding brake is 12 kg, the speed of the motor is 6000 min-1, the balance category is N & flange precision is of the category N, IP 67 rating for protection against water (except the output shaft).

The working of this motor is through sinusoidal e.m.f. The SF series feature a feedback system of single-turn absolute value encoder system (STG) a to ensure precise position controls, there is no special cooling method hence the motor relies on natural convection & it also includes 2 NTCs for temperature control. These motors are manufactured by Bosch group and they come with a one-year warranty.
