Product Description
The SF-A2.0041.030-14.037 is another AC servo motor manufactured by Rexroth Bosch under the SF/SR motor series. SF/SR motors are permanently excited motors that utilize electronic commutation and feature sinusoidal-induced voltage. The difference between the SF and SR motor series is that SF motors can either have a single-turn absolute value (STG) or multiple-turn absolute value (MTG) encoder, whereas the SR motor series utilizes a resolver for position and speed adjustment. The SF servo motors are designed for seamless integration with the digital Servodyn-D inverter system and operation with a DC voltage link of 670 V.
Specifically, the SF-A2.0041.030-14.037 has a rated speed of 3000 revolutions per minute and an admissible axial load of 70 N. In terms of its locked-rotor parameters, its torque is 4 Nm, and its current is 2.8 A. The locked-rotor condition of a motor describes an operating condition in which the rotor is disabled from rotating while the stator is fully energized. Analysis of the lock rotor parameters allows engineers to design motor circuits with appropriate protection systems. In the context of motors, two of the most important locked-rotor parameters are torque and current. During starting conditions, the motor can be modeled to have a locked rotor, and thus, the locked-rotor current may be used to determine the starting characteristics of the motor.
Aside from its locked-rotor parameters, the SF-A2.0041.030-14.037 has a smooth shaft and a mounted holding brake but without a mating connector. At 120 degrees Celsius, the holding brake reaches a torque of 3.2 Nm and requires a supply voltage of at least 21.6 V up to 26.4 V. Originally, the motor weighs 7.1 kilograms, but with the holding brake included, the total mass of the SF-A2.0041.030-14.037 becomes 7.45 kilograms.
