The SF-A2.0041.030-10.015 are brushless servo motors based on sinusoidal e.m.f. operation. These motors are designed according to the IM B5 construction type. Bosch manufactures the SF servo motors to have balance quality category 'N' and flange precision 'N.' The SF servo motor is featured with an electronic rating plate and a nameplate with identification entered, inspection sheet, manufacturer’s declaration, etc.
The SF servo motors offers an IP67 degree of protection. The servo motors serve the purpose of high precision and accuracy with the use of a single-turn absolute value encoder system. The SF servo motor basic version comes with a smooth shaft that can be easily connected to a driven gear or pinion. This motor is allowed to be installed at a maximum elevation of 1000 meters above sea level. When operated with a specified drive controller, this model is capable of running at a speed of 3,000 revolutions per minute. Two NTCs are available to measure the temperature of the motor during continuous operation. Plug-in connectors are also provided to connect the output or brake encoders.
This Indramat servo motor mating connectors must be ordered separately. This motor is equipped with ball bearings and has a maximum service life of 20,000 hours. This device offers 6 g shock resistance as per IAW DIN IEC standards. The motor has thermal class ‘F’ in accordance with VDE 0530. The motor has a noise behavior with max. 58 dB (A) of sound pressure heard from a 1-meter distance. It can be ordered with or without holding brakes. The holding brakes are permanent magnet brakes, free from backlash. The motor is thermally protected up to 155 degree Celsius, with a minimum of -5 degree Celsius.
