Product Description
SF-A2.0041.030-10.000 is one among many in the line of SF servo motors manufactured by the Rexroth Bosch group. They are permanently excited motors used in tandem with the servodyn-D inverter system. It is a brushless servomotor with sinusoidal e.m.f and the frame size is 2. The design suffix of the unit is A and it has a speed suffix of 030 which is equal to 3000 min-?. The locked rotor torque in accordance with technical data is 0041 and it comes with a smooth shaft without a mating connector.
The unit is a synchronous permanently excited servo motor specially designed for use with a d.c link voltage of 670V. The SF servo motor comes with a single turn absolute value encoder system (STG) used for position control and speed control as well. It may however also have a multi turn absolute value encoder system (MTG). The SF-A2.0041.030-10.000 cools by natural convection. However, ventilation could also be achieved by forced-air cooling. It has an electronic plate for automatic optimization of the servodyn-D inverter to the motor.
Moreover, another special feature of the efficient motor is that it has a low contamination aluminum frame. Additionally, there are installation pockets over the entire length of the motors integrated encoder. The protection type used in the motor's construction is IP67. It has an integrated encoder useful for information on speed, position and commutation. The shaft end is cylindrical and in accord with DIN 748. Also, it is a part of the SF series that falls in the insulation class F in accordance with VDE 0530. It comes with a one year warranty period.
