Product Description
The SF-A2.0026.030-10.053 is a permanently excited synchronous servo motor, which is designed by the Rexroth Indramat group in the SF series. The SF motors are electronic-communicated synchronous motors with a single-turn or multi-turn encoder for speed and position control. In brushless motors, output torque depends on stator current. Compared to many brushed motors, permanent magnet motors are lighter, smaller, and more cost-effective to operate. While brushless motors (BLDC) are available in both single-phase and two-phase configurations, three-phase motors are significantly more prevalent.
The SF-A2.0026.030-10.053 motor has some particular features including IP67 protection, locked torque, smooth shaft, DC link voltage, sinusoidal emf, aluminium frame and an encoder. With less noise and vibration, sinusoidal EMF is more accurate and efficient in managing stepper motors. This SF motor's winding serves as the stator, while the permanent magnets are a component of the rotor. The SF motor's numerous installation pockets make it simple to pair with the machine. Development tools and integrated driver ICs have greatly facilitated the design process, making sinusoidal control more manageable and feasible.
The thermistor incorporated into an SF motor has several advantages, including a high-temperature coefficient, sensitivity, a small thermal capacity, and a quick response. Radiation or natural convection cooling is used to regulate the SF motor's temperature. Surface cooling is an optional feature for integration with heavy-load equipment. The brushless SF servo motor has no holding brake and mating connector. The IP67 offers more protection than the IP65 and IP66 as it is highly resistant to water and solid ingress. IP67-rated enclosures ensure motor functionality in indoor, outdoor, damp, and harsh industrial and commercial environments.
