Product Description
Bosch Rexroth motors in the SF series such as the SF-A2.0026.030-00.015 boast exceptional smooth run performance and high output data. These motors work along with the Servodyn-D inverter system converting electrical power into mechanical power in demanding industrial applications such as printing presses, machine tooling, packaging equipment, and more. This model comes in a frame size of 2. It features an aluminum body designed for durability with low contamination properties ensuring that the motor is resistant to rust, build-ups and other contaminants. The body also has ingress protection (IP 67) against moisture and dirt permitting use even in environments where the motor may be exposed to solvents, coolants, water jets, or dust.
The motor is equipped with high-resolution motor feedback and comes equipped with an integrated single-turn absolute value STG encoder or multi-turn absolute value MTG encoder. The output shaft on this model is a shaft with keyway and feather key. A mating connector is not included but can be ordered separately. This type of shaft is suited for low to normal multi-axis stress conditions. The design of the stator and high-resolution motor feedback ensures that the motor delivers excellent smooth running operation. The motor is equipped with natural convection cooling for extreme loads so it can handle applications with high cyclic loads.
With a mass of 6.2 kg, the motor is compact and suited for use even in conditions with space limitations. The locked rotor torque of the unit is rated at 2.6 Nm. It has a nominal speed rating of 3,000 min-1 and a locked-rotor current rating of 1.7 A. The motor is suited for operation in ambient temperatures of 0C to 40 C.
