Product Description
The SF-A2.0020.060-10.050 is an SF series AC servo motor manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. The SF series motors are permanent magnet motors. This motor has a built-in encoder which provides feedback on its speed and position. It uses an incremental value encoder of single-turn systems (STG) with a resolution of 8 million increments when it completes a full revolution. It also provides a very good precision of ±20 angular seconds. The motor has an IM B5 type of construction which fulfills the DIN IEC 34-7 standard. The motor provides thermal protection of -5 to +155°C using a built-in thermistor, embedded in its windings.
The motor is built to provide a constant speed of 6000 min-1. It has a moment of inertia of 3 x10-4 kgm2. It has a torque of 2 Nm in a locked rotor state at the winding temperature of 30 °C and draws a current of 2.7 amperes at this condition. It has a torque constant of 0.74 Nm/A at the ambient temperature of 40 °C. It produces a maximum of 58 dB(A) noise from a distance of 1m and complies with the IAW EN 60034-T9 standard.
The motor comes with a permanent magnet-type holding brake. It has a torque of 3.2 Nm at the temperature of 120 °C. It also has a moment of inertia of 0.4 x10-4 kgm2. This brake draws a constant current of 0.56 amperes at a supply of 24 volts. The mass of the brake is 0.35 kg, whereas the mass of the motor is 5.5kg. The motor requires a four-core cable for input power. The cross-section of each core should be 1.5mm2. The brake of the motor required two core cable for the input power. The cross-section of each core has to be 1.5mm2.
