This SE-B4.090.030-10.012 servo motor is a high performance permanent magnet motor designed specifically for inverter driven applications, featuring electronic commutation for precise control. The SE-B4.090.030-10.012 servo motor is engineered for consistent performance with a moment of inertia of 2.18 x 10^-3 kg·m² which contributes to stable rotational dynamics and minimizes the risk of overshoot during fast position changes. The rotor incorporates permanent magnets made from advanced rare earth materials which enhance its efficiency and power density. These materials enable the motor to deliver superior performance while maintaining a low moment of inertia, allowing it to meet the most demanding dynamic requirements such as rapid acceleration and deceleration. The motor is equipped with a brushless tachogenerator and an integrated commutation sensor. The tachogenerator provides real time feedback on the motor's speed to ensure accurate velocity control while the commutation sensor continuously monitors the rotor's position to enable precise synchronization of the motor's operation with the controller. The motor has a shock resistance of up to 6g, making it durable in environments subject to vibrations or mechanical shocks.
The SE series motor’s low noise operation (58 dB(A)) supports its use in noise sensitive applications. The motor’s torque constant is 0.57 Nm/A, meaning that for every ampere of current, the motor generates 0.57 Nm of torque. The integrated thermistor within the motor’s winding provides thermal motor protection with a temperature range of – 10 °C to + 145 °C. Its combination of fast acceleration times and protection features makes it ideal for demanding environments to ensure both reliability and long service life.
