Product Description
The SE-B4.090.030-10.000 servo motor has a voltage constant of 97 V per 1000 rpm to ensure steady and reliable performance even as the speed varies. The motor adheres to the F insulation class standard. The servo motor delivers an impressive static torque of 9 Nm for tasks requiring consistent and reliable power. This high torque constant helps in maximizing the motor's performance with minimal energy loss. The winding resistance of the servo motor is 1.92 ohms and the winding inductance measures 16.1 mH. Both of these factors play a crucial role in maintaining stable electrical performance. Before putting the servo motor into operation, carefully check the available motor module combinations based on the motor's rating plate. The rating plate typically provides essential information such as the motor's voltage, current, power rating and other specifications that must match the motor module. The AC servo motor should be connected to the U2, V2, and W2 terminals of the corresponding servo module. Ensure that the motor is properly wired to the designated terminal on the module. The U2, V2 and W2 terminals correspond to the three phase connections for the motor’s phases and proper alignment is essential to ensure correct rotation direction and motor operation.
The SE-B4.090.030-10.000 servo motor provides a peak torque of 17 Nm which is suitable for applications that demand high performance under load. It has the capacity to handle up to 62 A under peak conditions. The motor’s torque constant is 0.87 Nm/A which enables efficient power conversion during operation. Connecting an incompatible module could severely restrict the motor's performance, potentially leading to overheating, reduced efficiency or even permanent damage to the motor or controller.
