Product Description
The SD-B4.140.030-01.000 is part of the larger Bosch Inverter System that is made up of a servo module and a supply module. The SM..-T servo modules allow optimum utilization of the brushless servo motor. This motor speed and torque are controlled by the SM 17/35-T servo module. The main regulation functions that influence the performance of the SD-B4.140.030-01.000 include the speed regulation function and current regulator functioning. The speed function uses two speed command signals and one actual speed signal. This ensures that the motor reaches the required speed.
The current regulator functioning regulates the amount of current reaching the windings of the motor while enabling instant torque generation. This is done through a comparison of the speed regulator output with the actual value of current and sending an ideal current signal. The SM17/35-T comes with monitoring functions that are displayed and stored in an optional diagnostics card. They include module fault (Mf), Tacho fault (Tf), and commutation monitoring (Cm) among others. To avoid thermal overload, the excess motor temperature is produced when the temperature of the SD-B4.140.030-01.000 exceeds 140 degrees. Thanks to this servo module, the motor can achieve predetermined parameters without causing system breakdown.
During operation, the SD-B4.140.030-01.000 can be subject to E.Stop. It is for this reason the module comes with an option short circuit braking. Short circuiting the motor windings prevents the motor feed axes from slowing down uncontrollably. During this process, the torque and current of the SD-B4.140.030-01.000 are 3 to 4 times more. The motor uses a resistor with 3,3Ohms resistance and 293Ws minimum energy. Ensure that the size of the connecting cable between the motor and the servo module is 1.5mm2. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
