Product Description

The RZS01.1-6-035 is a 3-phase RZS Sinusoidal LC Filter from Bosch Rexroth Indramat. It offers reduced motor losses and power surge limitations (especially with high-speed motors). When paired with the corresponding motor, the RZS01.1-6-035 is operated with sine-shaped voltage and current values. The nominal connecting voltage of the RZS01.1-6-035 is 3 x AC 380 – 400 Volts, with a tolerance of ±15 %. Also, the operating frequency of this unit is between 0 – 200 Hz. Its max. rated current is 20 Amperes at 380 – 400 Volts.  

At an 8-kHz PWM frequency, the RZS01.1-6-035 has a maximum output frequency of 200 Hz. Also, its maximum line length has a value of 400 meters. In general, if the lines of RZS sinusoidal filters are shielded, their maximum line length reduces by 50 %. The power code of the RZS01.1-6-035 is 035, its nominal current is 35 Amperes, and its power loss is rated at 150 Watts. If this unit is operated at a PWM frequency ≥ 8 kHz, the permissible continuous currents experience a reduction. Also, if the RZS01.1-6-035 is operated at a PWM frequency less than 8 kHz, it becomes susceptible to damage. Also, the nominal current specified by the manufacturer for the RZS series may not be exceeded.  

The relative humidity in the setup location of the RZS01.1-6-035 must not exceed 90 % (non-condensing). Air supply to this unit must be free of aggressive or conducting gases. The storage space of this RZS filter must be clean, dry, and maintained between -25o C to 70o C. Also, its operating area must be filtered, free of dust, and with an ambient temperature range of 0 – 40o C.
