Product Description
The RZS01.1-6-020 is a Sinusoidal Filter in the RZS series from Bosch Rexroth Indramat. It is designed as a 3-phase LC filter, offers power surge limitations and reduced motor losses (especially with high speed motors). Using the RZS01.1-5-020 sinusoidal filter, the corresponding motor is operated with sine-shaped voltage and current values. The connecting voltage of this unit is 3 x AC 380 – 400 Volts, with a tolerance of ±15 %. Its operating frequency is between 0 – 200 Hertz. Also, the maximum rated current of this unit is 20 Amperes at its connecting voltage.
At a pulse frequency of 8 kHz, the maximum output frequency of the RZS01.1-6-020 is 200 Hz, and its maximum line length is 400 meters. If the lines of this model are shielded, the maximum line length is reduced by 50 % (200 meters). The power code of this unit is 020, and its power loss is rated at 120 Watts. If this unit is operated at a pulse frequency greater than 8 kHz, the admissible continuous currents are reduced. Also, if the RZS01.1-6-020 is operated at a pulse frequency lower than 8 kHz, it could be damaged. Generally, the manufacturer-specified nominal current of the RZS sinusoidal filters may not be exceeded.
The storage space of the RZS01.1-6-020 must be clean, dry and maintained between -25 degrees C to 70 degrees C. Also, its operating area must be filtered, free of dust, and with an ambient temperature range of 0 – 40 degrees C. The relative humidity in the setup location of the RZS01.1-6-020 must be less than or equal to 90 % (non-condensing). Air supply to this unit must be free of aggressive or conducting gases.
