Product Description
The RZS01.1-5-066 is a line-1 and design type-1 Sinusoidal Filter from Rexroth Indramat. By design, this filter is intended to minimize motor inefficiencies and power surges. When used with the designated motor, the RZS01.1-5-066 operates on sine-shaped voltage and current levels. The maximum frequency of the unit is 100 Hz, which is attained at 3 x AC 500 V (±10%). This device provides advantages such as the operation of multiple parallel motor lines and lowered motor voltage interference, both of which are dependent on EMC requirements.
The RZS01.1-5-066 has a nominal current of 66 A and a power loss of 360 Watts. In general, when the PWM frequency is higher than 8 kHz, the maximum continuous currents of RZS sinusoidal filters are reduced. Additionally, when operated at PWM frequencies less than 8 kHz, the RZS01.1-5-066 is susceptible to damage. Furthermore, the nominal current of the RZS series is not permitted to exceed its maximum value. For the RZS01.1-5-066 to function correctly, the relative humidity in the device's operating environment must be less than 90 percent. It is not permitted for any aggressive or conducting gases to be present in the air supplied to this model.
At all times, it is necessary to maintain the cleanliness and dryness of the storage space for this RZS filter, as well as storage temperatures ranging from -25 degrees Celsius to 70 degrees Celsius. Aside from that, it must be capable of operating in an environment that is filtered and dust-free while maintaining an operating temperature range between 0 and 40 degrees Celsius. The maximum cable length of this unit is 400 meters. Furthermore, when RZS sinusoidal filters are shielded, the maximum line length is reduced by half.
