Product Description
Rexroth Indramat's RZS01.1-5-034 is a 3-phase LC (Inductors & Capacitors) RZS Sinusoidal Filter designed to reduce motor inefficiencies and power surges (especially with high-speed motors). The RZS01.1-5-034 functions with sine-shaped voltage and current levels when paired with the corresponding motor. Additionally, the unit's max. output frequency is between 0 and 100 Hz at 3 x AC 500 V (±10%). Some of the advantages of this unit include the operation of many parallel motor lines and reduction of interfering voltages on the motor, provided that EMC requirements increase.
The RZS01.1-5-034 has a max. output frequency of 200 Hz at a PWM frequency of 8 kHz. Its maximum line length is 400 meters. Furthermore, the maximum line length of RZS sinusoidal filters is reduced by half when shielded. Its power code is 034, and its power class is 022/030. The nominal current of the RZS01.1-5-034 is 34 A, and its power loss has a value of 180 Watts. Generally, the maximum continuous currents of RZS sinusoidal filters are reduced when the PWM frequency is below 8 kHz. The RZS01.1-5-034 is also susceptible to damage when operated at PWM frequencies below 8 kHz. Also, the RZS series' nominal current cannot be exceeded.
If the relative humidity in the RZS01.1-5-034's operating location exceeds 90%, the device will not function properly. There must be no aggressive or conducting gases present in the air supply to this unit. Storage space for this RZS filter must be clean, dry, and maintained at a temperature ranging from -25°C to 70°C. As well as having a filtered and dust-free operating environment, it must also operate at an ambient temperature range of 0 – 40o C. This unit comes with a one-year warranty from Wake Industrial.
