The RZR01.2-RD52-0610-S-M-FW is a new-generation industrial controller designed by Rexroth Indramat to improve the productivity of industrial servo systems. This controller is designed specifically for the HPS power stack module; it is a very flexible device that is compatible with different types of industrial machines such as food processing machines, paper converter machines, and other machines used in industrial production systems.  The application of the RZR01.2-RD52-0610-S-M-FW converter is designed with a control panel which is made up of a four-line screen display and some pressure-sensitive keys; this panel provides the industrial operators a user-friendly means of monitoring the operational status of the servo system.

The RZR01.2-RD52-0610-S-M-FW is designed with an internal fan that helps regulate the temperature generated in the converter's housing through forced ventilation. Under normal operating conditions, this controller requires an input voltage of 24 volts and an input current of about 12 Amperes for optimum operation. This controller is designed with a power circuit that generates an electromagnetic field during the operation of the device; thus, persons wearing hearing aids, cardiac pacemakers, and any other device sensitive to the electromagnetic field should not be allowed to move near this converter. The exchange of digital information between this controller and other parts of the servo system is done according to the CAN open communication protocol which can be integrated into the housing of the converter through the X2 connector. The RZR01.2-RD52-0610-S-M-FW also has a total weight of about 6.5 kilograms.

The maximum permissible ambient temperature for the operation of this converter is about 45 degrees celsius. Also, the maximum height permissible for the installation of the converter is 1000 meters above sea level. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
