The RZP01.1-T1 is an extended external control terminal manufactured by highly trained operators of Rexroth Indramat according to international quality standards and under ideal production conditions. This extended terminal is designed to serve as an interface through which the numerous connectors required by the drive controller for optimum operation are connected to the drive's housing. This control terminal also serves as a means through which industrial converters can send out controlled electrical energy and frequency to all other parts of the servo system. The RZP01.1-T1 extended control terminal strip contains four floating output points, four relay outputs, two floating analogue current outputs, and a differential high ohmic analogue input. This terminal strip is designed specifically for RD51 industrial servo drive and other servo drives designed by Rexroth Indramat; it should be inserted into module slot two of the drive controller.
The RZP01.1-T1 control terminal is about 100 millimetres long and 87 millimetres broad; it is designed to operate following the A1 suppression level and the EN 50082-2 noise humidity level. The RZP01.1-T1 external controlled terminal is manufactured with silicon and asbestos-free materials; thus, it is perfectly safe for industrial application.
