The RZM01.1-6-170S144 is a new generation industrial machine designed by highly trained industrial engineers of Rexroth Indramat. This device is manufactured to protect the industrial motors by absorbing excess electrical currents that are sometimes generated by the frequency converters used in the industrial servo system. The RZM01.1-5-170/S144 motor filter is a very flexible device, it is characterized by its ability to operate fairly smoothly in hazardous areas which are considered unfavorable for convection industrial components. This filter can be connected to industrial motors used in various sophisticated industrial machines such as textile machines, food processing machines, paper converting machines, and lots more.
The RZM01.1-6-170/S144 motor filter is also a very safe device, special safety signs and symbols are integrated into the housing unit of the filter, these signs and symbols provide the operator with information about the danger that can be caused by the mishandling of various parts of the filter. Under normal operating conditions, the filter operates with an efficiency as high as 95 percent for more than five years without breaking down. The electrical components of this device generate electromagnetic fields during operation, thus persons wearing sensitive devices such as cardiac pacemakers, hearing aids, and metal implants should not be allowed to move near the device. The nominal connecting voltage used by this filter is about 500 volts, the filter receives this voltage through the three-phase electrical connector it uses to connect to the frequency converter.
