Product Description
The RZM01.1-6-030 motor filter manufactured by Bosch Rexroth is installed at the output of a drive converter in a drive control system. The product is an ideal option when motors with long supply lines have to be operated. The device lowers the excess voltages to harmless levels. The unit reduces the strain occurring on its winding insulation by cutting down on the power surges. The accessory has a line code of 1 and a design code of 1. It is compatible with pulse frequencies of 4kHz and 8kHz. The length of the motor cables put together is 300m at 4kHz pulse frequency. This length gets reduced by 50% when shielded cables are used.
The converter used in conjunction with the filter has a power code of 030. The mains filter comes with a connecting voltage of 3 x 380VAC to 400VAC with a tolerance level of +/-15%. The ground wire of the product must be permanently connected before it is put into use. The drive deployed in the drive system utilizing the device may have high voltage due to incorrect connections. This filter is supposed to be installed only in the vertical orientation. The accessory is dispatched to anywhere across the world through reputed freight carriers with a year’s Wake Industrial warranty.
The motor filter is compatible with a drive converter that has a 30A nominal current rating at a pulse frequency of 4kHz. The U2, V2 and W2 terminals of the drive converter are connected to the output of the filter. The product has a chance of getting destroyed if the converter connections are not done properly. The pulse frequency of this device can be changed from one value to another by using the P0026 parameter of the drive converter. This unit is fitted with a type label that highlights its key technical details.
