The RZK01.1-132-NN is a heat exchanger designed by Rexroth Indramat to keep the heat generated in the by components of the servo system with the tolerated temperature range. This device is manufactured according to the international quality standard, its housing unit is specially structured to allow for its easy installation outside the control cabinet. The installation of this heat exchanger with the industrial servo system is cost-effective as the industrial components connected to this device are protected from overheating thus they can operate at a top-level for a very long time. This heat exchanger can operate smoothly in unfavorable industrial conditions as its housing unit is designed to prevent the interference of solid materials. The RZK01.1-132-NN heat exchanger is not designed with a brake resistor, however, it can produce a cooling power as high as 4 kilowatts under normal operating conditions. The thermal constant time for this device is about 13.6 seconds while the internal resistance of the exchanger is 2.2 ohms.
The RZK01.1-132-NN heat exchanger is designed with an air blower which helps it to regulate its own internal temperature through the process of forced ventilation, it is thus important for the operator to keep a minimum distance of 200 millimeters between the converter and any other servo components. This minimum distance is to provide enough space for the easy flow of hot air in and around the exchanger’s housing unit.
