The Bosch RZC01.2-6N-011-F-23 is a chemistry module for Rexroth RD500 drives. Other accessories for RD500 drives that are available from Bosch include motor filters, sinusoidal filters, braking resistors, external heat exchangers and radio interference filters. The RZC01.2-6N-011-F-23 can be used with RD500 drives that have a power rating of 7.5 kilowatts. Input of the chemistry module is has a rating of 400 Volts AC (three-phase). The permitted voltage variation is ±15%. A NAMUR strip is not available on the RZC01.2-6N-011-F-23 module. The AC drives and accessories such as the chemistry module should only be installed after the product documentation is read and understood. The safety instructions included in the documentation should be carefully followed. Failure to implement safety instructions can lead to serious injury or even death. Only spare parts and accessories that are approved by Bosch should be used. Product start-up is only permitted once it is ensured that the machine in which the product is installed complies with national safety regulations and safety specifications. The module must be properly grounded before it is powered up. External stand-by power (24 Volts) with filter current feedback is supported on the RZC01.2-6N-011-F-23 module. The module is designed for vertical mounting in a IP23 rated cabinet. A minimum vertical separation of 125 millimeters needs to be provided between the module and the AC drive. The class B RZC01.2-6N-011-F-23 has physical dimensions as follows: 560 millimeters height, 135 millimeters width and 315 millimeters depth. Installation and commissioning of the RZC01.2-6N-011-F-23 module should be performed by qualified, trained and experienced technical personnel.
