The RZC01.1-5N-018-N-23 is a highly advanced and sophisticated chemistry module designed by Rexroth Indramat to help in the operation of industrial AC converters by acting as a supplement to this converter during industrial application. This module is designed according to international quality standards, it is perfectly safe for industrial application as it is manufactured with materials that are silicon and asbestos-free. Special warning signs and symbols are inscribed by Rexroth Indramat on the housing of this chemistry module, these signs are intended to provide instructions to the operator about potentially dangerous parts of the module. The housing of this module contains a PTC thermistor control unit which is used to control the temperature resistor curve of the servo drive during operation.
The RZC01.1-5N-018-N-23 frequency converter is designed without the NAMUR terminal strip, however, it can require a nominal connecting voltage of about 500 volts during operation. This chemistry module generates an electromagnetic field during operation, thus persons wearing devices such as cardiac pacemakers, hearing aids, metal implants, or any other device sensitive to the electromagnetic field should not be allowed to operate the device. The nominal connecting voltage of the RZC01.1-5N-018-N-23 chemistry module is about 500 volts, also this converter can operate with an output frequency as high as 200 hertz.
