Product Description

 The RD52.2-4B-018-L-A2-FW is a drive system commissioned with prompts using the operator panel with graphical display designed by Rexroth Indramat. Its modular hardware and software design allows it to be flexibly adapted to the particular drive application. The RD52.2-4B-018-L-A2-FW is designed with  the highest level of user friendliness using a PC with the high-performance RDwin software package. It is a state-of-the-art, universal three-phase drive system for various synchronous and induction motors.

The RD52.2-4B-018-L-A2-FW is in full compliance with the EMC Directives regarding noise immunity and noise emission according to the EMC Product Standard for electric drives EN 61800-3, EN 55011 Class A (IEC 61800-3). RD 500 is immune to noise in conformance with EN 50082-2.

The RD52.2-4B-018-L-A2-FW it uses force air cooling for the power section. The power sections are designed for cooling at the rear, also outside the cabinet, can be implemented with an associated higher degree of protection where the heat sink extends outside the cabinet or using a conductive plate. The drive control units are designed to control electric motors and to monitor their operation. It draws a maximum power of 18.5kilowatts from the standby power external starting lock out and has a nominal connecting voltage of 380 to 480 volts. It is a 3phase AC converter with main filter and a built in brake chopper. Operation under water, under extreme variations in temperature or under extreme maximum temperatures is prohibited. The fluids used in the operation of the pressurized system equipment is not environmentally Compatible, it is damaging to the environment, hence, must be disposed of separately from normal wastes.
